You will often see, that when you arrive at your working site, you will have to show your safety documentation tot he site manager/ project leader. The convenient thing about Winda is that this site manager/ project leader can look you up on the website of Winda, even before you arrive at the working site. This gives him/her the neccesary information about what the candidate is allowed to do on site, and what not.

To get the registration that you need to be able to follow G.W.O courses, you need to register yourself at the website of Winda. Following is a short instruction of how to register on this website.

Explanation of registering at Winda for course candidates.

1. In your web browser go the this website: https://winda.globalwindsafety.org
2. There you will click on “Register”
3. Choose “Delegate Registration”
4. From there on you will enter the Sign-up page of Winda, they will ask you to fill in some information about yourself.
5. After putting in this information, and proceeding the procedure, you will recieve an email on your own email adress, which has a link to activate your account. This has to be done within 48 hours.
6. By clicking on the activation link, you wil proceed in your browser again, and here
7. you will have to fill in a personal password.
8. After filling in your personal password you will recieve confirmation of your registration on your email adress. On addition to that, on the top right of your screen, you will see your Winda ID. This ID is a necessity for the registration of your certification. So make sure that at the start of the training, you give this ID to the trainer/ training provider.
