GWO Refresh. Manual handling

Description

During this refresher of the practice-oriented GWO Manual handling training you will learn how to lift loads safely and thus prevent injuries. This training is for personnel who work in or around wind turbines and who perform physical work.

Prerequisites: Valid certificate GWO Manual handling

Contents of the GWO refresher Manual Handling

  • Personal safety
  • Theorety of how to deal with the risks related to lifting loads
  • Prevention of injuries
  • Discuss practical cases
  • Practice using different scenarios.

You can also follow a GWO Basic Safety Training refresher course, including the refreshers of several modules: Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid and Fire Awareness.
